Trained in traditional psychiatry, psychoanalysis, and primary care medicine, Dr. Matsuki works within multiple systems to have a global understanding of issues affecting you, and develop a multi-system plan to address these issues.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Matsuki does his initial assessment in 1 to 2 sessions, each approximately 60 minutes. The comprehensive in-person assessment will include a deep exploration of your current condition, current stressors, mental health history, medical history, and life history. Diagnostic testing is often recommended to rule in or out any medical issue that may manifest itself as a psychiatric illness, and to explore any nutritional deficiencies that can be addressed using supplements and life style modifications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-30px\">After thorough evaluation, Dr. Matsuki will discuss a personalized treatment plan including recommended frequency and modes of treatment (medication management, psychotherapy, life style modification, exercise program, diet modification, supplement, management of underlying medical condition, etc.).
