Born in Tokyo/Chiba, Japan. Graduated from Chuo University with a degree in psychology and studied at Temple University (Philadelphia, USA) to obtain a master's and a doctorate degree in psychology. Holds licenses from New York and Pennsylvania and has been practicing for more than 30 years.
Dr. Suzuki specializes in the treatment of anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive, trauma, depressive mood disorders, insomnia, intercultural adjustments, interpersonal relationships including international marriage, and age-related issues. She also emphasizes the psychological effects of physical illness and the interaction of psychological problems on the body since the mind and body are connected.
